More coffee??

No obvious ill effects after yesterday’s experiment so I thought it safe to try some more. I had no inclination to drink any more Paleo Coffee – caramel latte aroma or not! But black coffee – yes , it feels right.

A cup after lunch and another after dinner. I can imagine another soon too – although that may be getting close to keeping me awake at night time.

Feeling good

Yes, I am, and perhaps surprisingly so. I didn’t sleep well, or for long, nothing to do with the black coffee or detoxing, just stressing! But I’m still awake and feeling okay. Is that the coffee or is it that long awaited Day 16 Tiger Blood has kicked in?

I don’t know. Perhaps tomorrow will furnish more clues, but meanwhile…

What have I eaten today?

Breakfast
Smoothie – banana, coconut milk, ghee, spinach, dates, raisins, sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Lunch
Cold roast pork
Brussels sprouts
Beetroot
Homemade mayonnaise
– black coffee after

Dinner
Roast chicken
Celeriac mash
Mangetout
mushrooms
– black coffee after

Supper
An apple, probably

Drinks
Water
Black coffee x 2 (might be 3 soon!)

And that’s it!
